Noticing his friendly demeanor, I greeted him. I intended to start a conversation with him. I always feel a tremendous amount of excitement when talking to young people. They carry the energy, hope, and promise of the future of our society, the world, and humankind.

“I’m traveling beyond that to Bettiah,” I replied.

“I’m a Service Advisor at a car dealership, Sir,” he responded a bit modestly.
“That’s great. Are you with an authorized dealership or a local garage?” I asked, based on my six years of experience managing the Automotive Aftermarket business at 3M.
“I’m currently with an authorized dealership, but I used to work at a local service center.” He said with a smile. His enthusiasm grew as he realized my familiarity with the industry.
