Sarwar Alam, originally from Bhabhata, a village in Bihar, is an accomplished business leader and prolific author with over fifteen years of experience in transforming and growing businesses across industries like lubricants, automotive aftermarkets, and hygiene solutions. He has held leadership positions in top multinational corporations across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Raised in a humble village, Sarwar’s educational journey started in Bhabhata and continued through Narkatiaganj and Bettiah, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from IGNOU. His life took a decisive turn during his Master’s in Computer Applications, which led him to pursue higher education in Business Management in Kerala—a story beautifully narrated in his book.

With a natural gift for oratory and writing, Sarwar developed a deep passion for literature, languages, and diverse subjects such as business, religion, history, and socio-economy. His multilingual proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, and English complements his wide-ranging intellectual pursuits.
